Palaash Muchhal has reportedly removed all photos and videos featuring Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana from his Instagram account, sparking fresh speculation about their already controversial breakup. The move comes amid renewed allegations of infidelity and financial misconduct made against Muchhal, bringing the former couple back into the public spotlight.

According to reports, Muchhal deleted the posts following serious accusations levelled by filmmaker and producer Mane, who has accused the composer of cheating him financially and being unfaithful during his relationship with Mandhana. The couple, who were once engaged, had postponed their wedding before eventually calling it off in December 2025.

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Mane, who described himself as a childhood friend of Smriti Mandhana—claimed that Palaash Muchhal was allegedly caught “red-handed” with another woman during wedding-related celebrations on November 23, 2025. Recounting the incident, Mane alleged that the situation turned chaotic and led to the wedding being abruptly called off.

Responding to the accusations, Palaash Muchhal has firmly denied all allegations. The composer has reportedly filed a defamation lawsuit seeking ₹10 crore in damages, stating that the claims made against him are false and malicious.
