Speculation around Krrish 4 continues to grow as fans eagerly await updates from the much-loved superhero franchise. However, one recent rumour suggesting that actor Rajat Bedi had been cast as the villain opposite Hrithik Roshan has now been firmly shut down by filmmaker Rakesh Roshan.
In an interaction with HT City, Rakesh Roshan categorically denied the claims, calling them completely baseless. He clarified that there is no truth to the reports and confirmed that Rajat Bedi is not associated with Krrish 4 in any capacity.

The rumours likely gained momentum due to Rajat Bedi’s earlier association with the franchise. The actor played a role in Koi… Mil Gaya (2003), the film that laid the foundation for the Krrish universe. His recent return to acting further fueled speculation about a possible comeback. However, Rakesh Roshan made it clear that past collaborations should not be misconstrued as hints about future casting.
Krrish 4 remains one of Bollywood’s most anticipated films, especially as it marks Hrithik Roshan’s directorial debut. While Hrithik will once again don the superhero suit, Rakesh Roshan continues to be closely involved, shaping the story and guiding the franchise forward.
Currently in the pre-production stage, the makers are maintaining strict confidentiality about the film’s cast and storyline. The film is expected to go on floors in early 2026, and Rakesh Roshan has urged fans not to believe unverified rumours circulating on social media.
As anticipation builds, the filmmaker’s clarification serves as a reminder that official announcements remain the only reliable source of information regarding Krrish 4.
