The film is slated to release in cinemas on 27 February 2026.The trailer opens with a strong and unsettling warning about the future of the nation, immediately setting a tense tone. It then moves across different states, presenting multiple narratives that revolve around allegations of coercion, betrayal, and forced religious conversion.

In Rajasthan, a Hindu family is seen approaching the police to file a POCSO complaint, claiming their teenage daughter was manipulated into conversion. The emotional turmoil of the parents anchors the sequence with a sense of urgency.

The narrative then shifts to Madhya Pradesh, where a young woman is allegedly lured into marriage under false pretenses, only to face pressure to abandon her faith. Her isolation and distress form a key emotional arc in the trailer.

The third storyline takes viewers back to Kerala. A young couple’s live-in relationship turns confrontational when the woman refuses to convert. The trailer depicts escalating tensions, framing the conflict as one between personal autonomy and ideological pressure.

The film features Ulka Gupta, Aditi Bhatia, and Aishwarya Ojha as three young women whose lives take drastic turns after entering relationships that, as the narrative suggests, carry hidden agendas.

Following the impact of the first installment, The Kerala Story 2 Goes Beyond positions itself as a more expansive and intense continuation, seeking to address themes of identity, faith, and personal freedom on a broader canvas. The sequel releases on 27 February 2026.
