Celebrated filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya is all set to return to the big screen with his next directorial, Yeh Prem Mol Liya, a musical family entertainer that promises warmth, emotions, and classic Rajshri charm. The film is slated to release in theatres on November 27, 2026, just after the Diwali festive season.

Backed by Rajshri Productions in association with Mahaveer Jain Films, the film marks Barjatya’s return to his signature storytelling style after winning the National Award for Best Director for Uunchai in 2022.

One of the biggest highlights of the film is the return of Rajshri’s iconic character ‘Prem’ after a gap of 12 years. This time, Ayushmann Khurrana steps into the beloved role for the first time, bringing his own charm to the character known for innocence, simplicity, and warmth.

Sharing screen space with him is Sharvari, who pairs opposite Ayushmann for the first time. The fresh pairing is expected to bring a new energy to the classic Rajshri-style romance, blending tradition with modern sensibilities.

Adding to the excitement is the reunion of Sooraj Barjatya and music composer Himesh Reshammiya after over a decade. Their last collaboration, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (2014), delivered a memorable soundtrack, and expectations are high for another chart-topping album.
