Samantha Makes Her First Ugadi Pachadi, Raj Nidimoru Reaction Is Priceless

A candid moment from Maa Inti Bangaram promotions shows Samantha proudly presenting her Ugadi pachadi on a video call, only…

If there’s one thing fans love about Samantha Ruth Prabhu, it’s how real and unfiltered she can be and her latest promotional video proves just that. While promoting her upcoming film Maa Inti Bangaram, Samantha gave fans a glimpse into a light homely moment that quickly turned into something super cute.

In the video shared by her production house, Samantha is seen attempting to make Ugadi pachadi, a traditional dish prepared during Ugadi. She isn’t alone though director Nandini Reddy and popular anchor Suma Kanakala join her, making the whole process more fun than serious.

Honestly, it’s clear from the start that Samantha isn’t doing most of the cooking.
While she happily takes credit, Suma does a lot of the actual work, which makes the whole situation even more relatable. It feels less like a formal promotion and more like friends just hanging out.

The highlight of the video comes when Samantha video calls her husband Raj Nidimoru. Smiling brightly, she greets him with a soft “Hi babu” and proudly shows off the pachadi. But Raj isn’t convinced at all. He jokingly asks, “Nuvvu chesava?” (Did you really make it?) calling her bluff instantly.

Samantha can’t keep a straight face and ends up admitting, in her own way, that she didn’t exactly make it herself. This leaves everyone laughing including viewers. Raj then playfully tells her he’ll only eat it if she actually cooks it next time, and Samantha agrees, still smiling. It’s a small moment, but it feels very genuine and sweet.

For those who don’t know, Ugadi pachadi is not just food it has meaning. It’s made using ingredients like raw mango, jaggery, neem flowers, tamarind and spices each representing different emotions in life like happiness, sadness, anger and surprise. It’s kind of symbolic of how life is a mix of everything.

On the work front, Samantha and Raj have been collaborating quite a bit. They first worked together on The Family Man Season 2 and later on Citadel: Honey Bunny. Now, with Maa Inti Bangaram they’re not just working together but also co-producing the film.

The movie is set to release on May 15, and from the looks of it, the promotions are already striking the right chord, keeping things fun, simple and personal.

And if this video is anything to go by fans are here not just for the film, but also for these adorable off screen moments.
