Actor Nargis Fakhri recently opened up about going through anxiety and fear while being in Dubai during the ongoing US-Iran conflict. The actress shared a series of emotional posts on Instagram talking about how the rising tensions in the Middle East have affected her mental peace.
For the past two days Nargis has been in Dubai as the situation between the United States and Iran continues to escalate. Through her Instagram Storiesshe gave fans a glimpse of what she has been feeling. Sharing a photo of the city’s skyline from her place she wrote”It’s been a crazy 2 days here” clearly hinting at the tension in the air.
The conflict intensified after Iran reportedly launched drones and missiles across the Gulf region following US and Israeli strikes. While most of the attacks were intercepted by defence systems reports suggested that falling debris caused fires in certain parts of Dubai. Satellite images released by Reuters showed smoke rising from some areas near key infrastruct zones making the situation look even more serious.
Nargis also reposted a reel appreciating the local authorities in Dubai for handling the crisis responsibly. She praised their efforts and wrote that they are doing a great job in keeping people safe during such uncertain times.

However despite the security measures the emotional impact has been heavy on her. In another late-night post Nargis admitted that she hasn’t been able to sleep properly. She wrote about feeling constant anxiety and dread because no one really knows what might happen next. “Your brain is on high alert,” she shared explaining how she has been wide awake even late at night.
For many people living in or travelling to the region this uncertainty has created stress and fear. Even though Dubai is known for its safety and strong infrastructure the recent developments have made residents and visitors anxious.
On the work front Nargis was last seen in Housefull 5 which featured actors like Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh among many others. Despite her busy career, this experience shows that celebrities too go through the same emotions as anyone else when faced with global uncertainty.
Her honest posts remind us that behind the glamour public figures are human too. Anxiety during times of conflict is real and speaking about it openly can help others feel less alone.
