Deepika Padukone was spotted in public for the first time after announcing her second pregnancy. The actor arrived at Mumbai airport in the early hours of Tuesday alongside husband Ranveer Singh as the couple prepared to travel together.

Deepika kept her airport style simple yet fashionable, choosing an oversized cobalt blue co-ord outfit with contrast details. She paired the relaxed look with bright yellow sneakers and carried a black handbag, while her tied-back hair completed the easygoing appearance. Ranveer complemented her vibe in a loose white T-shirt, cargo denims, sunglasses, and a black crossbody bag.

Videos from the airport showed Ranveer attentively helping Deepika out of the car and guiding her through the crowd with a protective hand on her back. Though Deepika smiled briefly at photographers, the couple avoided posing and headed directly inside the terminal.

Earlier this month, the pair announced they are expecting their second child through a joint Instagram post. The photo featured their daughter, Dua Padukone Singh, holding a pregnancy test displaying two pink lines while both parents gently placed their hands around hers. Deepika simply captioned the post with evil eye emojis.

Despite the pregnancy, Deepika continues to honour her professional commitments. She is currently shooting for Raaka alongside Allu Arjun and also wrapping work on King with Shah Rukh Khan. Reports suggest the makers are prioritising her remaining action scenes with additional safety precautions on set.

Meanwhile, Ranveer is enjoying the blockbuster success of Dhurandhar: The Revenge and is next set to appear in Pralay. The couple, who married in 2018 in Italy, welcomed daughter Dua in 2024.
