Janhvi Kapoor who acted in Border 2 with Varun Dhawan has publicly praised her former co-star’s performance in the film which ended the social media speculation about their relationship. The praise comes after a minor online controversy earlier this week involving Janhvi allegedly liking a social media post that criticised Dhawan’s fans.

The post in question, shared on an Instagram gossip account, highlighted a video of fans ceremonially pouring milk over Border 2 posters to celebrate the film’s box office success. Some users of the thread said the process resulted in wastage because milk should have been used for better purposes which then led to users making negative statements about Dhawan and his fanbase. Online users began to guess about a conflict between the two actors after screenshots emerged which showed Janhvi had allegedly liked the post.

Janhvi Kapoor used an Instagram Story to show her love for Border 2 which established her relationship with the film. She posted a heartfelt message after watching the film at the cinema which she used to honor Dhawan and his entire cast and crew, writing, “I am so proud of you @varundvn ❤️❤️❤️ you KILLED IT. Goosebumps 🙌 and the whole team!!! What an experience 🇮🇳.” Dhawan later reshared her message on his own Instagram, underlining that all is well between them.Janhvi and Varun share a warm working relationship because they already have worked together in Bawaal and their upcoming film Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. The film about his work performance strong box office results because it shows emotional depth through its entire cast.
