Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar 2 is roaring at the box office, crossing ₹100 crore within just two days of its release. While the film continues to receive immense love from audiences across the country, it has also sparked a parallel wave of criticism online.
A section of viewers has accused the film of promoting political propaganda, particularly pointing to scenes that feature real footage related to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and demonetisation. These elements have triggered debates on social media, with many questioning the intent behind their inclusion in the narrative.
Among those who reacted strongly was YouTuber Dhruv Rathee, who took to social media to criticise the filmmaker. He reiterated his earlier stance, alleging that the film reflects a clear political bias and calling it more “blatant” this time.
