Bollywood actor Govinda was allegedly attacked at his residence in the early hours of the morning, according to a statement made by his manager, Shashi Sinha. The incident reportedly took place around 4 am, raising serious concerns about the actor’s safety.

Speaking to news agency ANI, Shashi Sinha claimed that Govinda has been receiving threat calls for some time. He alleged that on the day of the incident, unidentified individuals entered or approached the actor’s residence, forcing Govinda to act in self-defence. According to the manager, Govinda had a licensed gun with him and used it to chase the attackers away.

“He keeps getting threat calls. Thank god he had a gun with him that day. He chased everyone away. Otherwise, God knows what would have happened” Shashi Sinha said. He further added that he rushed to Govinda’s house at 4 am following the incident.

The manager also claimed that an FIR has been filed in connection with the incident and that there is video footage from the night. However, he did not clearly mention the exact date of the alleged attack, which has led to questions and confusion online.Shashi Sinha also stated that Govinda suffered injuries while defending himself, though no details were shared about the nature or seriousness of the injuries. As of now, there has been no official confirmation from the police or a detailed statement from Govinda himself.
