Ajay Devgn, along with Danish Devgn, has officially stepped into the future of content creation with the launch of Lens Vault Studios (LVS), a next-generation entertainment studio focused on technology-led storytelling. Marking a bold new chapter, the studio has unveiled its first original property — Bal Tanhaji, a generative AI-driven narrative from the Unsung Warriors chapters.

Rooted in the legacy of the blockbuster Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, Bal Tanhaji reimagines the universe for a digital-first generation. Rather than revisiting the familiar, the project expands the franchise into unexplored narrative territory, designed to live beyond traditional theatrical formats and evolve across platforms, formats, and emerging technologies.

At the core of this innovation is Prismix Studios, Lens Vault Studios’ in-house generative AI and creative technology engine. Prismix powers the visual design, narrative scale, and immersive world-building of Bal Tanhaji, enabling storytelling possibilities that go far beyond conventional filmmaking tools.

Sharing his vision, Ajay Devgn, Chairman of Lens Vault Studios, said the studio was created to push past traditional storytelling boundaries. He emphasised that LVS aims to explore untapped formats and mediums while maintaining the discipline and scale of mainstream cinema, with Bal Tanhaji marking the beginning of this future-ready journey.

Founder and CEO Danish Devgn added that generative AI allows legacy narratives to evolve in unprecedented ways. According to him, the technology makes story universes more immersive, scalable, and relevant for new-age audiences, laying the foundation for what Lens Vault Studios plans to build going forward.

With Bal Tanhaji, Ajay and Danish Devgn signal a decisive shift in how Indian stories can be imagined, expanded, and consumed — blending cinematic legacy with cutting-edge technology to create enduring digital worlds.
