The celebrity couple has reportedly purchased a massive five-acre plot of land near Awas Beach for nearly ₹40 crore, marking yet another high-profile real estate investment.

According to government land records, the property is located in Zirad village of Raigad district and consists of two adjoining land parcels. The total value of the land stands at approximately ₹37.86 crore, while over ₹2 crore has been paid towards stamp duty and registration charges, bringing the overall transaction close to ₹40 crore.

This is not Virat and Anushka’s first foray into Alibaug’s premium property market. In 2023, the couple had acquired an eight-acre estate in the same region for around ₹19 crore. Sources suggest that the duo envisions building an expansive private retreat on the newly purchased land, complete with a luxurious mansion, landscaped gardens, a swimming pool, and dedicated staff quarters—designed as a peaceful getaway from Mumbai’s relentless pace.
