Actor Parag Tyagi has finally broken his silence on the rumours surrounding the death of his wife, actor Shefali Jariwala. The actor recently slammed speculation claiming that Shefali’s death was connected to anti-ageing injections and urged people not to spread false information online.

Shefali Jariwala, popularly known as the “Kaanta Laga girl,” passed away in June 2025 at the age of 42. Following her sudden demise, several reports and social media posts began linking her death to cosmetic treatments and anti-ageing medications. Addressing these claims, Parag strongly denied the rumours and expressed disappointment over the insensitive discussions happening online.

Reacting to the speculation, Parag reportedly said, “Doston mat karo na,” while asking people to stop creating theories around Shefali’s death. He further added, “If anti-ageing injections existed, everyone would take them,” dismissing the claims as “half-baked information.”

Parag also clarified that Shefali followed a disciplined lifestyle and focused heavily on fitness and health. In earlier interactions, he revealed that the actor occasionally took vitamin and antioxidant IV drips, including collagen and Vitamin C, but rejected reports describing them as anti-ageing medication. “She didn’t look her age because of the hard work behind it,” he had shared previously.

The actor’s emotional statement has resonated with fans online, with many supporting his request for privacy and sensitivity. Several social media users also criticised the spread of unverified claims regarding celebrity deaths and personal lives.
